- Original research papers, review articles, and posters aligned with the conference themes are invited. All paper submissions will undergo a peer-review process.
- Abstract format: Times New Roman (font size: 12; word limit: 250-300) E-mail id for submission: nationalconference2026(at)stmaryscollege.in
- Selected papers will be published in a reputed journal or as book chapters with an ISBN. Additional cost for publications apply.
- The poster presentation must adhere to the standard specifications of 36 x 48 inches.
General Guidelines
- All submissions must include a title, Author name(s), affiliation(s), email(s) and a Notation (*) for the corresponding author and contact details.
- The Abstract/Paper submitted must follow UGC Ethical Guidelines for Publication.
- Co-authors are required to register separately, if they are attending the conference.
- All papers and abstracts should be as per APA Research Paper Format.
- Day I will have Physical Sciences Track and Day II will have Life Sciences and Chemistry Track.
- Assistance for accommodation will be provided for outstation participants on request.
