Bachelor of Arts ( Political Science, Communication and Journalism, English ML )

Bachelor of Arts (MassComm) prepares students for a range of specializations in mass media, and careers in print, audio-visual and digital media, international relations, English Literature or any communication field. These careers span writing, journalism, broadcasting, advertising, publishing, design, public relations and civil services. After completing this course, students can opt for a Master’s Degree in Mass Communication and Journalism, Political Science, International Relations, English Literature and more.

By pursuing this program, a student would be able to-

By pursuing this program, a student would be able to –
PSO1. Acquire a strong foundation in critical analysis of literary texts and foster effective linguistic skills from a varied engagement with grammar, syntax, semantics & literature of multiple languages.
PSO2. Understand & apply the basic concepts of political studies from a theoretical perspective & analyze the social & historical contexts of the same.
PSO3. Comprehend the functional implications of media in society & develop self-structured frameworks of assessment with reference to various communications fields.
PSO4. Articulate & engage effectively in media-specific domains & scholarly endeavors as well as show leadership skills in diverse professional environments.
