3. Fundamentals of Information Technology

Objective: Basic Knowledge of Computers with application of various packages. Various facts of Information Technology and its role in Business  today. To give an overview of computers, hardware, software, database and commercial application.

4. Business Organization and Management

Objective: Concepts of Business Organization and Management

Year - II

1. Advanced Accounting

Objective: Application in Accounting Knowledge in special business activities. Skills of recording of transactions manually and using computers. Skills of preparation of final accounts of non-trading concerns, partnership organization.

2. Business Statistics

Objective: Knowledge on application of statistical tools and techniques in business decision making and use of MS excel in interpretation of statistical data.

3. FInancial Services - Banking & Insurance

Objective: Banking and insurance concepts and to gain insight into the financial services.

4. Taxation

Objective: : Working knowledge of both direct and indirect taxes.

Year - III

1. Corporate Accounting

Objective: Knowledge relating to accounting standards. Understanding company accounts using computers. Financial statements of Insurance and Banking companies.

2. Cost & Management Accounting

Objective: Conceptual knowledge of Costing . To train the students in finding the Cost of Production using different methods of costing. To equip basic of Analytical Skills of Financial Information useful to the Management.

3. Business Law

Objective: Basic of business law and its application in real life situation.

4. Auditing Objectives

Objective: Basic knowledge pertaining to the concepts of auditing. Auditing procedure and report writing.

5. Corporate Accounting

Objective: To appraise the students about the application of accounting knowledge in preparation of financial statements of insurance and Bank Accounts.

6. Business Communication

Objective: Help students learn the principles and art of effective Communication - both oral and written.
