With the blessings of St.Mar'y, our patron saint and with the cooperation and support of parents and well wishers, the college began to grow in strength and reputation. In less than five year, the college soared to such heights that it stands second to none. Our students consistently secured state ranks in IPE, EAMCET, IIT and secured admissions in BITS(PILANI) and other reputed institutions in India and abroad. Year after year the success of St. Mary’s continues and St. Mary’s has became a name to reckon with.

It became necessary for the college to have its branch at yousufguda as the college has been growing in strength and reputation. Consequently, the management opened a branch of the junior college at yousufguda in their own premises in 1995 to enable more and more number of students to get the cutting edge

The management, then contemplated on offering higher education to the students in a better atmosphere and with the state of the art infrastructure. There was a vision and it made its beginning in 2002 when a massive college building emerged in Yousufguda reflecting the dreams of the management.

The Degree College was started in 2002 in the Yousufguda premises. It was a modest beginning but in just one year the college proved itself and has become the " most sought after" college in the twin cities of Hyderabad and Secunderabad.

Students from all corners of the state and also from other parts of India join the courses and become a part of the  St. Mary’s Legacy.

Today St. Mary’s is the "most happening college" with advanced methods of teaching catering to the academic and extra-curricular needs of the students. The management leaves no stone unturned to give the best to the students. The college has introduced a diploma in "Value Education" a feature that is exclusive to St. Mary’s. This diploma is bound to transform to students and bring the best out of them.
